Organisational Policies
What Organisational Policies does Craol have?
CRAOL creates organizational policies in response to:

requests from members
-
in response to motions passed at the AGM
-
in provide clarity in carrying out activities
-
to protect the organization and provide for transparency in it’s decision making.
Currently CRAOL has an organsational handbook which is constantly updated along with specific policies on:

Aspirant Support this includes CRAOLs policy on the support of new groups in areas where a member is already licenced, or where two groups are competing for a single licence in a franchise area.

Commercial Revenue position and actions where members have more than 50% of their revenue from a commercial source in a given year in breach of their BCI/BAI contract.

Internal Talent Development actively promoting the skills of the network development and the application of those skills to paid tasks sub-contracted by CRAOL
