What Organisational Policies does Craol have?

CRAOL creates organizational policies in response to:

  1. requests from members
  2. in response to motions passed at the AGM
  3. in provide clarity in carrying out activities
  4. to protect the organization and provide for transparency in it’s decision making.

Currently CRAOL has an organsational handbook which is constantly updated along with specific policies on:

  • Aspirant Support this includes CRAOLs policy on the support of new groups in areas where a member is already licenced, or where two groups are competing for a single licence in a franchise area.
  • Commercial Revenue position and actions where members have more than 50% of their revenue from a commercial source in a given year in breach of their BCI/BAI contract.
  • Internal Talent Development actively promoting  the skills of the network development and the application of those skills to paid tasks sub-contracted by CRAOL
